Hi. I noticed that in q3mme 1.6, the gibs dont bounce. I tried looking through FX scripts and couldn't find anything. Does anyone know how to make them bounce?
Also, does anyone know how to get a gib effect similar to the first two "tests" in this video?

haha oh wow, someone actualy found my video from the internet. Eversince that video i have been trying to change some effects.
However i don't have trouble with gib parts that would go through floors. I got no idea there, sorry about that :/
Edit: Thanks to devs for giving me a hint how to go forward with the FX scripts several months ago. It was really helpful, thank you.

Well, managed to get them to do what i want by downgrading to beta 17. However i need more help I followed the "semi" tutorial on scripts and so far I have this weapon/rocket/trail { color 0.6 0.3 0 size 200 Light shader flareshader size 48 sprite color 1 1 1 alpha 0.33 shaderlist loop { rotate 360 * rand distance 30 { emitter 2 { alphaFade 0.2 size 8 + lerp * 64 sprite cullNear } } } It doesent seem to work for me. It just removes the rocket trail. What am i doing wrong?

Well by quickly looking it looks like you are missing one } at the end of the script. It doesnt close up properly Hope this helps.
