Everytime I cap in a high fps or use a slow speed/timescale without capping my video is very jittery. I have a good enough fps for all of this, so I'm thinking it's q3mme that's messing up.
Any ideas on how to fix it? I really need a super slowmo clip for my video and this is really messing it up.

I have never experienced this. I capped at 1000 fps with timescale 1 and I have capped at 10 fps timescale 0.01 or so, both works for me.
Cannot say what this is. Have you tried on another computer?

This is what the lag looks like. www.mediafire.com/?75v03jv35ar6us5Don't mind the effects, but all that weird lag is from mme. It even does it without recording. Edit: Turns out it does it when a camera is turning or panning. It works fine with a still cam or in first person. Kinda need moving angles though =/

Sorry, I have never come across this, nor has anbody ever told me about this, no solution is currently in my mind. Tried on another computer?

I finally figured out the problem. After you make your points, press tab and change smoothpos: Bezier to smoothpos: linear. Anything other than that will cause that bad jitter at slow speeds. Now it's ultra smooth with no jumps. But the bad thing about it is that you can't do curved angles. I wish q3mme had a fix for bezier angle smoothness. If you want to do straight angles with no curves then it's good.
