Put them to /wolfcam-ql/shaderoverride/.
It's like Q3MME but for Quake Live.

As far as I know, it was developed by a guy called brugal, who doesn't really speak much apart from releasing updates. I'm going to guess it's based off similar source code, but updated to be compatible with quakelive demos.
