Are you using the clientoverride command as described in the FAQ?

my problem is is that i can not get the players to be bright green
bind KP_HOME "clientOverride red model keel/pm hmodel keel/pm c1 2222 c2 2222" bind KP_UPARROW "clientOverride red model razor/pm hmodel razor/pm c1 9999 c2 9999" bind KP_PGUP "clientOverride enemy model keel/pm hmodel keel/pm c1 2222 c2 2222" bind KP_LEFTARROW "clientOverride blue model keel/pm hmodel keel/pm c1 2222 c2 2222" bind KP_5 "clientOverride blue model razor/pm hmodel razor/pm c1 9999 c2 9999" bind KP_RIGHTARROW "clientOverride player model razor/pm hmodel razor/pm c1 9999 c2 9999"
those are the cmds that should work and work for everyone that has tried to help me
when i use those cmds it makes the players keel and white not green. i can get red and blue .
and ive tried with mov_teamskins 0 as well

Sometimes the red/blue team re-coloring does not work. Applying changes to players directly works better. /clientoverride list > find out player number > use that in the clientoverride command. Another thing is that c1 and c2 do not only work with four characters, you can try out five as it has worked with that in the first versions of mme or you can try out letters and only a singly character. A bit of playing around might help. There is some of that in the FAQ as well.

ya tried all of those suggestions and nothing works unless i set mov_teamskins 1 instead of xero the cmd to change colors isnt doing anything it is changing the model but not color as it is making the enemy or specific client keel as cmd should but it makes a white keel and playing around with letters and numbers for the colors does nothing it will only go white

You can try it with a clean installation of q3 and mme without your config to see if the problem lies in your setup. My suggestion is you watch this movie: www.youtube.com/watch?v=_YceuXmeWrU... and then you decide to stay with white models as the green ones never made any movie pretty.
